What I'll do for you

  • Keep your past clients feeling remembered, appreciated, and connected.
  • Find thoughtful reasons to stay in touch, without giving you another thing to manage.
  • Be there when clients need a recommendation, have a question, or could use a little help.
  • Keep an ear out for opportunities to earn their repeat business and referrals.
  • Give you more time to focus on the clients and deals in front of you.

What I need from my boss

  • An introduction. Let your clients know I'm joining the team.
  • Your client list. The more people I know, the more relationships I can help you maintain.
  • A little direction. You're the boss. I'll learn how you like things done.
  • Honest feedback. Tell me what works and what I can do better.

How we'll know it's working

  • A client reaches out just to say thanks.
  • Someone asks for a restaurant recommendation instead of calling a stranger.
  • A past client remembers you when they're ready to move.
  • A happy client sends a friend your way.
  • You spend less time worrying about who you haven't contacted.
