We start with the professionals at the center of every home transaction. We believe that with a verified roster, an AI that does the introducing, and a community that shows up for each other, we can solve some of the oldest problems in how they find and trust each other.
Every house, every mortgage, every closing, every policy is touched by four roles: a real estate professional, a mortgage advisor, a title and escrow officer, and an insurance broker. These four people don't always know each other before they're working on a deal together. When they don't, the client pays in stress, slippage, and small failures that compound. When they do, the deal moves at the speed of trust.

Bruce is becoming a Public Benefit Company because we believe the mission of building a better professional network is too important to be optional. A PBC is a for-profit company that codifies its broader purpose in its charter, alongside shareholder return. Anthropic did this for AI. Patagonia did it for the environment. We're doing it for the professional networks that move the world's largest personal transactions.
Our public benefit purpose: to increase the integrity, accessibility, and accountability of professional relationships in industries where trust is the primary currency.
This means we'll always:
Every member's license is checked against public regulatory databases before they appear in the network.
A member's record on Bruce follows them through firm changes, mergers, and market shifts. The track record is theirs, not their employer's.
Bruce only introduces members who have shown up for each other. Reputation is built deal by deal, not by purchase.
Bruce's revenue comes from members directly, not from sponsored placements or pay-to-rank. The integrity of the network depends on intros being earned, not bought.

Serial founders and engineers with leadership experience at major tech companies. We've always been passionate about business and engineering excellence and couldn't be more thrilled to wrap a company, a mission, and a culture around it through Bruce. In many ways, we are our own best customer. We wished Bruce existed when we started our last company and experienced firsthand the real struggle that everyday business owners and leaders face growing through intros.
