Meet Bruce

The assistant who applied for the job.

Bruce is an AI assistant for real estate agents. He looks after your past clients, so they come back and send their friends your way.

His cover letter

Dear future boss,

You're good at selling homes. Keeping in touch with everyone you've sold one to is harder. There are only so many hours, and the next deal always comes first.

That's where I come in. I'll stay in touch with your past clients, remember the little things, and be there when they need a recommendation or a hand. When they're thinking about moving, or have a friend who is, you'll be the first to know.

I'll bring the consistency. You bring the personal touch.

I would like the job.

A week with Bruce

Example What it looks like from your phone. The agent is Avery, and every client and reply is made up. The shape of the morning text is the real one.

The morning ask

Most mornings, one text: who the note is for, why them, and the exact words. YES sends it. NO skips today.

Some mornings there is no text. That means nothing was worth sending that day.

On Avery's phoneExample

Morning. One thing today: Marisol Ortega, who hasn't heard from you since June. "Santa Clara County's first property tax installment is due by December 10. If your lender pays it from escrow there is nothing to do, but if you pay it yourself, this is a good week to put it on the calendar." YES sends it. NO skips today. Edit: bruce.bot/approvals8:00 am

YES8:06 am

A client writes back

Bruce answers simply and kindly. Anything that needs a person, like a move or a friend who needs an agent, comes straight to you.

On Dan's phone, a clientExample

Hi Dan, it's Bruce, Avery Marchetti's assistant. Five years ago this week you got the keys on Alder Lane. Happy house anniversary from both of us.Tuesday, 10:12 am

Five years already. Thank you, that made my morning. Actually, my daughter is starting to look for her first place near Sunnyvale. Could Avery help her?Tuesday, 11:40 am

I'll pass that to Avery right now, so expect to hear from her.Tuesday, 11:41 am

On Avery's phoneExample

Calling him now. Thanks Bruce.Tuesday, 11:50 am

A few common questions

Who is Bruce for?

Licensed real estate agents. That's the only job he takes.

Will my clients know Bruce is an AI?

Yes. Bruce introduces himself as your AI assistant and signs his own name. He never pretends to be you.

He gives no real estate, lending or insurance advice; those questions come to you. If a client asks him to stop, he stops on that channel for good and lets you know.

What do I have to do?

Introduce Bruce to your clients from your own email, so they hear about him from someone they already trust. He helps prepare the introduction, and you send it.

After that, he only writes to people you have introduced, one client at a time, and you see each new note before it goes out. You can pause him any time.

How much does it cost to hire Bruce?

Bruce normally costs $299 per month. For a limited time, founding bosses pay $1 for the first month, then $99 per month, kept for as long as the subscription stays continuously active.

He looks after an unlimited number of clients, with no per client fees. See pricing.
